Or they can just give the people the option to remove the battery. But apple maybe to greedy for that. Smart on their part bad for the customer

There. That's everything Apple's customers could possibly want: performance metrics, the ability to turn off the slowdowns, and cheap battery replacements through 2018 for iPhone 6-7 users! Thanks for the news. Bet this still isn't going away.

I don't even have an iPhone. I'm just here because CNET was smart enough to put Bridget in the thumbnail.

Does all this really matter? At the end of the day, Apple fans will be Apple fans, Android fans won’t be impressed and despite predictions of doom from the android side by some android fans, they will be disappointed by how few will jump the Apple ship.

If Samsung was hit with the note 7 exploding issue twice yet returned stronger than ever, the same will be said of Apple.

The truth is that the overwhelming majority will pick what they are going to pick regardless of fire hazards or sketchy business practices.
    .
This of course will just confirm the whole sheeple or Sheep-sung beliefs.

Everyone is just so polarized over stiff that isn’t worth the energy fighting over. I say life and let live.
