Xbox division is next. I love Microsoft as a operating system. Windows 10 PC is the best.

This is sad news to me even though I switched from WINDOWS phone some years ago to go to Android. Mainly due to the lack of choices in phones at the time. When I was looking to upgrade Sprint only had one Windows phone that I could upgrade to and I didn't want that particular phone. So I chose the Android and I have never looked back. MS was the first to have a smartphone, I've owned like 3-4 before jumping ship. Part of their problem was that they geared it towards business users and not the everyday consumer. When the iPhone came out my windows smartphone had features that the iPhone was lacking, but as time went on somethings the iPhone lacked could easily be added via a software update and then they gradually added more features to the hardware with every new version. MS failed to immediately redesign their phone to compete with the iPhone the minute it came out because they thought the iPhone would fail. Well it didn't. The iPhone made having a smartphone cool and user-friendly. They waited too long to come out with the Windows7 phone and app designers already had a dislike for MS they have hardly created any useful apps for the phone which is the main reason no one wants one. The lack of apps is what has killed this phone.

''one of the biggest problems is the lack of apps''…..NO!!
ONE OF THE BIGGEST PROBLEMS ARE REPORTS LIKE THAT!!
I never had a problem with apps…there are plenty, you can find EVERYTHING, i find myself using 5-6 apps and the rest 20 + that i have just stay in there!! How many the author of this report has in Android, using in a daily basis??? 100??
This was never a problem!! These ignorant reports are….Whoever uses a WP loves the simplicity, speed and beauty of the UI. I've used every kind of OS and this is by far the easiest and most pretty of all….You can say what you want, but surface will prove you wrong. They were planning to differentiate from the Mobile platform and have an all in one device. There will be mobiles running Windows 10+
